Be Pilates Group Equipment Classes

This Pilates Equipment Experience group class will engage the mind and body focusing on muscle tone, endurance, balance and functional strength.

• Begin with a mindful warm up

• Lean into the wonderfully versatile Pilates equipment and enjoy the variety of a suite of Pilates equipment - think Reformers, Stability Chairs, Barrels, Matwork Gravity Challenge plus a full suite of specialised Pilates Props

• Complete your session with facial release

These group equipment classes will coax you to your comfort zone limits and then gently set you back on your feet again. Expect to fill your tanks, leaving your 1 hr, 15 min sessions stronger and re-energized.

What to Expect + Terms & Conditions

Experience New Zealand’s STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer who trains Pilates teachers throughout New Zealand. Expect a personalised premium Pilates experience of exercises on a selection from the full suite of Pilates equipment designed to tailor to your individual needs.

Exclusive private classes feature a maximum of 1 client p/hour.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booked class time, full payment is required. Due to the exclusivity of membership at Be Pilates and limited private client accessibility, we are unable to refund client sessions that cancel their appointments within a 24 hour time period.

Each Be Pilates Studio Experience purchase will be valid for 6 months after the date of purchase.
