Sometimes its not just WHAT you do, its WHERE you do it and WHO you do it with.

We are a contemporary Pilates studio format that loves its fans, less the fare. We offer a variety of Pilates programs to meet your postural, strength and mobility needs.

Because we are a lot about you and a less about us, we specialise in tailored Private Pilates solutions that take you on what we like to coin, a Pilates pathway as well as Group Pilates solutions to extend your Pilates range.

Whether you want to strengthen to tackle your chosen pursuit, brace to sustain the rigors of athletic conditioning training, rehabilitate to square your shoulders off and get back to it, recuperate to heal or simply maintain the perfect you, we can train, enlighten, guide and support you towards your goals.

Our private 1-1 sessions offer exclusive use of our Boutique studio where you will be trained by New Zealand’s STOTT Pilates Instructor trainer, Sharon Currie. Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual needs and tuned to meet your specific health and fitness goals.

Our group sessions are 1 hr and 15 mins and limited to 6 clients. This will ensure a balanced and comprehensive Pilates session. Smaller classes over a longer time period allow us to build challenging Pilates programs, with an extended repertoire that utilises a suite of Pilates equipment. These classes will continually extend your Pilates range, strength and fitness.

‘Be Exclusive’ - Initial Screening

Recommended for anyone looking to achieve personal goals in rehabilitation, general health & well-being or athletic conditioning. This session is where you will start.  In this one-on-one appointment, we make sure that we know what you want and how we are going to get there.  

Session includes:

  • Private appointment with New Zealand’s STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer

  • Exclusive booking of the STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Centre

  • Individual health screen & postural analysis

  • Pilates foundation assessment and development of your Pilates Pathway

  • Practical application of the basic Pilates principles specific to each piece of Pilates equipment/repertoire recommended within your Pilates Pathway

‘Be Exclusive’

After your initial screening we will lean into extending your Pilates range within the recommended Pilates Pathway. These sessions are tuned to your needs and desired outcomes.

Bookings by appointment only as part of a 10 session Pilates Pathway. 10 session program cost $1400 (converts to $140 per session)

Group Class Options

Be Pilates En Pointe

This group class is exclusively limited to 6 equally inspired Pilates “groupies”.

Begin with a mindful warm up and re calibrate to the programs fundamentals - breathing - body position - muscle engagement. With the platform set, you will lean into a wonderfully versatile program across an impressive suite of Pilates equipment including Reformers, Stability Chairs, Mat and Barrels. Complete your session with a tailored myofascial body release to ensure maximum benefit and a sustainable outcome.

The program will centre your mind, develop long lean muscle tone, strengthen your core abdominals and improve agility, alignment and posture.

Group classes are available during NZ school term dates.
Monday and Wednesday 9.00am-10.15am + 10.30am-11.45am

Bookings by appointment only. $65 for initial 1 hour, 15 mins session. Purchase a 10 concession card ($450) after experiencing this class and one session can be recorded giving you a $20 credit towards your next 10 concession purchase. Be Pilates Sporty

This group class is exclusively limited to 6 Pilates “groupies” who are seasoned Sporty fans and are looking to compliment their sporting interests (e.g. tennis, golf, etc) with a ‘Pilates Edge’.

Programming will be vast across an impressive range of Pilates equipment (reformers/stability chairs/barrels/props +) and will pivot on athletic conditioning choreography to compliment your tennis/golf, other sporting practice. The session will challenge you dynamically, develop muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance. Programming will increase the level of facial conditioning in support of the lift in program intensity.

Classes available during NZ school term dates.
Monday and Wednesday: 12.00pm-1.15pm
