Set yourself apart by becoming a Merrithew® Post-Rehabiliation Specialist. Attend this specialist workshop weekend and gain access to a whole new toolkit of expertise to share with your client-base. Such a wonderful opportunity to network, train and socialise with like minded Pilates Instructors from around New Zealand. Plan a business get away by yourself or join a friend to re-energise your Pilates passion and add to your Pilates toolkit of expertise!

  • Become globally recognised as a Merrithew specialist in post rehabilitation conditioning

  • If you have already completed your STOTT PILATES exam (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Full Cert), you will automatically receive an extra specialist certificate.

  • If you have not yet completed your exam, you will receive this extra specialist certificate when you have completed your exam (no time limit)

  • Develop specialty programming for your clientele

  • Discover the specific needs and modifications of unique groups

  • Earn CECs (continued education credits - also known as professional development credits) whilst gaining a Pilates Post Rehabilitation Conditioning certificate

  2. STOTT PILATES® Flexion-Free Workshop

    Friday 10 February, 3.30pm- 5.30pm (2hrs)

    Dinner at Pipis Pizza

    Friday 10 February, 6.00pm onwards

  3. STOTT PILATES® Lumbo-Pelvic Region: Reformer Programming for Stability & Function

    Saturday 11 February, 9.00am- 11.00am (2hrs)

  4. STOTT PILATES® The Knee: Matwork Programming for Stability & Function

    Saturday 11 February, 11.30am- 1.30pm (2hrs)

  5. STOTT PILATES® The Shoulder Girdle: Reformer Programming for Stability & Function

    Saturday 11 February, 2.00pm- 4.00pm (2hrs)

    Dinner at Craggy Range Winery

    Saturday 11 February, 5.00pm onwards

  6. Total Barre® Modified for Special Populations

    Sunday 12 February, 9.00am- 11.00am (2hrs)

  7. Postural Analysis Review

  8. STOTT PILATES® Experience Movement to Improve Awareness and Teaching

What Does The Weekend Cost?

  • Registrations are open to attend the full package of 8 workshops. Spaces limited to 12 registrations only. Cost for 8 workshops, including comprehensive workshop notes: NZ$1300 incl GST (valued at NZ$1660).

  • Registration cut off to enroll in the full 8 workshop weekend is 10 January 2022.

  • If there are spaces left on the individual workshops after the 10 January 2022 cut off, registrations will be accepted for single workshop registrations. 2 hr workshops = $185 each, 3 hr workshops = $275

  • Bookings will be made at Pipi's Pizza on Friday night and the Craggy Range Winery for Saturday night for those who would like to attend and socialise together. Not included in price.

  • Complimentary Bubbles @ Be Pilates and Platters provided on Sunday 12 February from 5.00pm.
