STOTT PILATES® REFORMER LEVEL 2 COURSE (AR)

Learn to use the various Reformer components and accessories to intensify reformer repertoire and provide a stimulating workout for highly conditioned clients. Exercises presented require greater strength, stability & flexibility. Learn 70 new exercises and exercise variations to increase challenge and function for your clients.

  • What you will learn

    This STOTT PILATES® Reformer Level 2 Course will teach you how to design and instruct Level 2 (Advanced) Reformer workouts in personal or group training settings for a range of clients.

    Instructors Learn

    • Effective use of the Reformer to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination

    • Effective communication and observation skills, verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation

    • Modifications for specific body types,  postural issues and conditions

    • Muscular initiation and sequencing of Advanced-level exercises

    • Multiple variations for variety and intensity

    • 70 exercises and modifications

    Pre-requisites

    Completion of the STOTT PILATES® Reformer LEVEL 1 Course (IR).

  • STOTT PILATES Advanced Reformer Course – Total 18 hours

    Location: March 2025 | Auckland - Be Pilates @ Genesis Fitness, 33 Haast Street, Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand

    • Day 1/3: Friday 14 March, 12.00pm-7.00pm

    • Day 2/3: Saturday 15 March, 12.00pm-7.00pm

    • Day 3/3: Sunday 16 March, 8.30am-3.30pm

  • Course Price: NZ$1,600 (Incl GST) + course materials

    Bundle Price: Save $450 when registering on the Reformer Level 1 and 2 courses in February/March 2025.

    Terms: 20% deposit is required at time of registration to secure enrollment (non-refundable). Balance due 1 month prior to course commencing. Courses limited to 12 participants.

  • After training, instructors can begin teaching clients as a ‘STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor’.  Upon certification instructors can advertise their ‘STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor’ status.

    If you choose to become certified in the STOTT PILATES® method, you have 6 months from the last day of your course to sit your exam. If this time expires, you are required to book at least 1 hour with an Instructor Trainer to reinstate your eligibility.

    Note: no additional post course costs are applicable to receive these requirements.

    • 18 hours of instruction and supervised teaching (completed when attending the STOTT PILATES® Reformer Level 2 Course (AR)
