If you are new to Be Pilates it is recommended you book in for an exclusive class before committing to group classes. This is time that you and I can discuss your specific needs and tailor a Pilates experience just for you. It is also a great opportunity for us to assess your fitness and confidence levels with the different types of equipment so that when you book into a class you are rearing to go. As Be Pilates is brand spanking new, we will be offering more ‘Be Exclusive’ sessions initially to ensure we orientate our valued clients prior to the group classes starting.
